Nice but needs improvement
Positive: Comfy beds and pillows with lots of blankets

Spacious
Negative: The house needs to be a bit more polished if offering as accommodation. There were holes in the walls and a very musty smell throughout due to the carpet and curtains needing a good clean. Several lamps didn't work as well as bathroom heat lamps and exhaust fans. The ensuite shower also leaked a lot! The overall cleanliness was lacking, particularly the floors. We paid the same for a beautiful apartment with direct pool access and views of lake Wanaka. This place has great potential but way overpriced in its current state.

Awesome spot!
Positive: We loved our stay at villa vista. Great location, beautiful deck and views over the estuary. Plenty of space for a group of friends. Well equipped with everything we needed.
