Misty Mountain on Milford

Awesome place which provided our every need, and exceeded our expectations. Fantastic! Positive: We liked everything...we loved that there were two couches, another family room at the back, more than enough pillows and cushions, plus different sized mugs and glasses (especially us Fijians love bigger servings 😜). The location was awesome as well, so close to the town centre and police station, and along the highway so very easy to find. Definitely recommend to family and friends visiting Te Anau in future. 💯🙂 Negative: Maybe just an outdoor rubbish bin to put our rubbish in, instead of just piling it up in the kitchen.

Positive: Classic bach feel. Well appointed, very clean, great shower (and a wonderful bath!). Provided a portacot and highchair. Books and games available.

Positive: Misty Mountain is a fantastic place for a family stay, offering pretty much all the amenities you could need for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The property is pretty much well-equipped, clean, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. One of the biggest advantages is its location—just about a 700-metre walk to the town centre, which makes getting around super convenient without needing to rely heavily on transport. We had a really good stay overall and would definitely recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, well-located place to unwind.
